2. Quality Assurance All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. We take great care in packaging and handling every order.

3. Shipping Orders are delivered within 60 days of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us by email within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damage. Claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.

5. Refunds No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund eligibility requires that a damage or defect claim be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. All refunds are subject to our review and approval.

6. No Returns Without Prior Approval Do not return any items without first contacting us and receiving written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability A&Z Premier Pools is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
