Shipping Timeframe All orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us by email within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage in your email so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refund Policy No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase, no exceptions. All damage or defect claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
